Before Your Call

How long is the video call?

Most calls take 20 to 30 minutes. That is enough to go through the products you are interested in and talk through your project.

What do I need to join?

Only a phone or computer with a browser. The invite has a Google Meet link, so there is nothing to install.

What should I have ready?

The products or colours you like, rough quantities in square metres, the sizes you need and your delivery country. Drawings or photos of the project help too.

Can I see the actual stone or tile?

On the call we show photos, finished projects and 360° room views. To see and feel the real material, we send samples to your address after the call.

Can I bring my client or architect?

Yes. Forward the invite to anyone you want on the call.
